"... these guns are killing our babies..."
I make it a priority not to comment or post the tragic events that happen across our country daily. However, at this moment, I am compelled to express my feelings

This past Sunday, my sister called and told me of a horrific tragedy that had occured that evening just outside Atlanta. A young fourteen year old boy, and good friend of my nephews' had been shot and killed. The incident happened at a "house party" celebrating "homecoming".

A sweet innocent boy with his whole life before him is now dead. His family is destroyed. His friends are devastated. They must find a way through the ravishing pain to mourn their precious loved one. We all know these 'killings" happen everyday, worldwide.
This one, was too close for me not to comment.
I am not certain I ever met this boy, as I read the heartbreaking posts of my family members that new and loved him, I became angry. How many more must die?

Parents, I understand how difficult it is to be a parent. Its not easy. Please try and keep tabs on your kids. Ask those questions. Know where they go, Know what they do,
They are not grown until they are grown.

In some communities gun violence is a rare and alarming occurrence. However in others it is a way of life.
That is a fact which is unacceptable!

Tonight, would you put this sweet angels' soul, in your hearts. Send prayers, and love to his family and friends, and all those that love him.
